A: No, Poche's Pork Andouille Sausage does not contain added nitrates or nitrites. Ingredients: Pork, seasoning (salt, red pepper, brown sugar [brown sugar, invert syrup], black pepper, cracked pepper, jalapeño powder), water, garlic, paprika, stuffed in a beef middle casing.
